Oppo Reno13 F Launch: 4G & 5G Versions Unveiled
The Oppo Reno13 F 5G operates on the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, whereas its 4G counterpart is powered by the Helio G100. Both models come equipped with LPDDR4X RAM clocked at 2,133 MHz, with the 5G variant offering 8/12GB and the 4G version having 8GB.
The primary distinction lies in the storage options, with the 5G model featuring faster UFS 3.1 storage in capacities of 128/256/512GB, while the 4G model comes with the older UFS 2.2 storage in 256/512GB. Additionally, both devices include a microSD slot for expanding storage if needed. Both screens are identical, featuring 6.67-inch OLED displays with a resolution of 1080p+ and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
They offer full sRGB and DCI-P3 color space coverage and can achieve a brightness of up to 1,200 nits in high brightness mode. The displays are safeguarded by Dragontrail Star 2 glass.
The handsets feature a triple-camera setup on the rear, comprising a 50MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture with optical image stabilization), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens (112 ° field of view), and a 2MP macro lens. A 32MP front-facing camera 82 ° field of view) is also included. The more advanced processor in the 5G variant supports 4K video recording at 30fps using the rear camera, whereas the 4G Oppo Reno13 F is limited to 1080p recording.
These smartphones are powered by substantial 5,800 mAh
batteries, capable of sustaining over 14 hours of casual gaming and retaining
at least 80% of their battery life after four years of use.
Additionally, they feature rapid charging capabilities with 45W
SuperVOOC Flash Charge, which can replenish the battery from 1% to 44%
in just half an hour. The F phones will be available in Plume Purple,
Graphite Gray, Skyline Blue and Luminous Blue.
The Oppo Reno13 F and Reno13 F 5G will launch in the Asia-Pacific region first, exact dates and prices will be revealed soon. This will be followed by a wider rollout (again, details TBA).
