Jaipur, India. April 13, 2026
Vivo is finally bringing its much-awaited X300 series to
India, and the excitement is real. According to fresh leaks in Media, both the
compact X300 FE and the premium X300 Ultra are expected to launch here in the
first weak of May 2026. The smaller FE model could drop as early as the first
week, while the Ultra is rumoured for a May 7 announcement with sales kicking
off around May 14. If the reports hold true, this could be one of the biggest
premium phone drops of the month.
What makes this launch interesting is how Vivo is balancing
two very different needs: one for users who want a pocket-friendly powerhouse,
and another for serious photography fans chasing pro-level zoom and detail.
Vivo X300 FE: Small Size, Big Battery, Everyday Flagship
Vibes
Think of the X300 FE as Vivo’s way of making flagship
performance feel more approachable and easy to carry around. It’s basically the
global version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini that’s already out in some markets, but
tuned for India with an exclusive green colour option.
Here’s what we’re hearing on the specs:
- Display:
A crisp 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate,
and a blinding 5,000 nits peak brightness.

Why This Matters for Indian Buyers
Vivo has been smart about Indian tastes – big batteries,
fast charging, and strong cameras have always been big sellers here. The X300
FE makes true flagship performance feel more everyday, while the Ultra aims
straight at the top camera phone crowd (think competition with the upcoming
Oppo Find X9 Ultra or OnePlus flagships).
Pre-bookings and launch offers are likely to hit Mobile Shop
near you and Vivo’s official site soon, possibly with a smartwatch bundled in
too.
Important Note: This story is based on leaks and
reports from reliable market information. Vivo hasn’t officially announced
India pricing, exact dates, or full specs yet. Everything could still change at
launch.
