🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 business hours.
• Delivery Time:
  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
• Next-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Thu). Subject to item availability and serviceable pin codes.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India. However, some remote areas or restricted zones might have limitations based on partner availability and product type.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS/email. Track your package in real time by sending the dispatch number (e.g., MKD24JP01) to 70238 78974.

Note: Some courier partners may not provide tracking info for remote areas.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Free within 3 KM from dispatch point, otherwise ₹499/- COD Fee (inclusive of all taxes)
• Orders below ₹1000/-: Flat ₹499/- delivery charge (inclusive of all taxes)
